Stop the recording with the Stop button. This button is located in the upper left corner of your screen. FlowShare will then switch to edit mode and you will see the recorded steps. You can then edit and save these steps.
The final creation of the document takes place via the export button on the left edge of the screen. This allows you to save the instructions in PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Html and Png format. First select the desired formats. In the second step, you can click on a desired design template for PDF and PowerPoint files. Finally, select the location for the file where your finished manuals with all previously recorded actions will be stored.
