Custom Portal Branding lets Portal Admins apply their own branding to their Portal, so pages match their company's look and feel instead of using the default FlowShare design. You can upload a logo and set custom colors for elements like headlines, links, and buttons.
Who can use it
Only Portal Admins with Teams or Enterprise package can access and change branding settings. Other Portal users will not see the customization option in the menu, and cannot open or edit it directly.
Where to find it
In the Portal, open the left menu called Custom Branding. Clicking this link opens the customization page, with a short explanation of what you can configure.
What you can customize
Logo
Upload your company logo. Once uploaded, it is saved and used across your Portal.
After uploading a logo, FlowShare try to pick up matching colors directly from the image. This gives you a quick starting point, which you can still adjust manually afterward.
Colors
Pick custom colors for different parts of your Portal, such as headlines, links, and buttons. Your color choices are saved automatically for future visits.
You will see the changes in real time and you can try out different combinations until you are satisfied.
Reset to default
If you want to undo your changes, use the Reset to default button. This removes all custom settings (logo and colors) and returns your Portal to the standard FlowShare look.
Where the custom styling appears
Once configured, your branding is applied across:
Public flow pages, for visitors who are not logged in
Any flow page, for logged in Portal users
Portal pages, for logged in Portal users
Login and other authentication pages currently keep the default FlowShare styling and are not affected by your customization.
