With the Save function you can save your document locally as a .flow file. You can open and edit these flows later at any time in FlowShare.
If you have already saved your project as a .flow file, but want to save another version of your manual and don’t want to lose the first version, use the “Save project as...” function.
Once the creation is complete, you can use the Export option and save your flow in a different local format.
In the Professional and Enterprise version you can save your flows as PDF, PowerPoint, Word, HTML, PNG, MP4 and other different file formats.
First select the desired format.
In the second step, you can click on a desired design template for PDF, Word and PowerPoint files.
Finally, select the location for the file to store your finished manuals with all previously recorded actions.
