- Click the start button to switch to recording mode.
- FlowShare lines up on the left and then captures every click you make in the application. That way ou don’t have to jump between recording and performing your workflow. You can simply perform the task you want to document uninterrupted, while FlowShare captures your workflow automatically for you.
- Now perform all the steps you want to record with FlowShare. FlowShare automatically records every single click by screenshot. You can pause or stop the recording at any time. You will find the control buttons at the top left of the screen. Alternatively, you can pause the recording by pressing the Ctrl key twice and stop it by double-clicking on one of the images.
- After finishing the recording, FlowShare automatically lists all the steps created in chronological order – no manual insertion in Word etc. necessary. Once you’ve finished your task, you immediately have your documentation, too!
