1. Preferred license option
If you use FlowShare on Citrix or terminal servers, we recommend that you do not use product keys/single-user licenses. Instead, your employees should use a license server that we provide. By using the license server, users can check out and return licenses dynamically and automatically when they start and exit FlowShare.This ensures that your employees always have access to the licenses they need without having to worry about manual assignments or restrictions.
2. Rollout
FlowShare also has an initialization mechanism. You can create a settings file that can contain the address of the license server in addition to all other settings. More information on this topic can be found here:
