With the save function you save your document as a .flow file. You can open and edit these at any time in FlowShare.
If you have already saved your project as .flow, but want to save another version of your manual and don’t want to lose the first version, use the “Save project as” function.
Once the creation is complete, you can use the export function and save the instructions in one or more formats at the same time.
In the Pro version you can save the handouts as PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Html, Png and flowX files. First select the desired formats. In the second step, you can click on a desired design template for PDF and PowerPoint files. Finally, select the location for the file to store your finished manuals with all previously recorded actions.
