We’ve introduced Labels to make organizing your flows easier. Labels work like tags or folders and can be nested to create structure while staying flexible.
Note: The labelling feature is only available in the Portal. If you publish flows from the FlowShare desktop app, you can add labels afterwards in the Portal.
Key Features
Organize flows easily: Assign one or more labels to any flow.
Customize labels: Create them with a name and color.
Manage in one place: Edit or remove labels in the Label panel on the left.
Nest like folders: Build hierarchies of labels.
Quick actions: Labels appear in the Flow Library, can be filtered, and flows can be assigned by drag-and-drop.
Add a label
You can find the Label panel on the left.
Click on the New label icon.
Enter a Name and choose a Color.
(Optional) Set a Parent label if you want to nest it.
Click Save.
Edit/remove a label
In the Label panel, click on the 3-dot menu next to a label to reveal actions.
Click Edit label to rename, change color, or move it under a different parent; then Save.
Click Delete label to delete the label, then confirm. (This removes the label from any flows it was assigned to. All sublabels will stay but move one level up.)
Assign a label to a Flow
Open the Flow Library table.
Drag-and-drop a flow row onto a label in the Label panel.
Repeat to add additional labels to the same Flow (as it can have multiple labels).
Filter flows by label
Open the Flow Library.
Click a label or sublabel in the Label panel to filter.
(Optional) Select additional sublabels to narrow results further.
Clear the filter at the top of the table to return to the full list.
We’re excited to see how you’ll use labels to keep your flows organized, and we look forward to your feedback as we continue to improve the feature.
