Interactive Demo Export with FlowShare
Updated over a week ago

In this article we will show you how to create an interactive demo with FlowShare.

It’s very simple and adds value for the end-user who is learning with this interactive guide. Start by capturing a process with FlowShare as usual.

How to export to an Interactive Demo?

1. Once you have documented and edited your process, click on “Export”.

2. Now select the HTML Export and the template “Interactive Demo”.

3. Choose a target folder and then click on the “Export” button.

4. After the export is finished, the target folder opens and you can find the demo in the HTML folder.

5. You can now open your interactive demo in your browser.

How will the demo look like?

Let’s take a closer look at this demo!

The cover page includes the cover information from FlowShare.

Each element you have clicked on is highlighted so your learners know exactly what to do. The description of the highlighted steps is taken from the description texts in FlowShare. Isn’t that great?

Only when your learners click on the highlighted area in the screenshot, or deliberately proceed to the next step, does the interactive guide continue.

Now end users can follow your processes even better through their own interaction.

You can customize your interactive demo by choosing your brand colors through the accent color, arrow color and logo in the FlowShare settings.

That’s all you need to know! We can’t wait to see how this new format will increase the learning experience in your team – keep sharing your flow!
