By cropping a screenshot, you can steer the focus to a specific programme or section of your manual. FlowShare also enables you to crop several screenshots at once. This saves time and effort in editing your documentation.
- Simply click on the “Crop” symbol
at the top of the screenshot. - Select and confirm the area of the image you want to crop.
- FlowShare automatically detects whether the selected cropping can also be applied to other screenshots. This way you do not have to laboriously crop each image individually and can still set a focus.
