FlowShare Licensing options

Updated yesterday

FlowShare offers flexible licensing options for individuals and organizations of all sizes - here’s an overview of our Professional and Enterprise plans.

Single-User Licenses

Single-user licenses are available for purchase directly via our Pricing page using a credit card. Subscriptions can be either monthly or annual.

  • Invoice payment is available only for annual subscriptions and must be requested manually. Contact [email protected] for invoice-based purchases.

  • The price for a Professional single-user license is $480/year or $45/month (USD, excluding VAT, where applicable).

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a license key that can be activated in your FlowShare installation. In exceptional cases - such as extended sick leave or employee turnover - you may deactivate and transfer the license key to another device.

Important: FlowShare Professional is a self-service product. You are responsible for setup and usage. Our support team assists with software issues via the support bot or email at [email protected].

The Professional license does not include personal training, onboarding sessions, individual support calls, or implementation assistance. These are only offered under our Enterprise packages.

Enterprise Licensing

Enterprise Licensing begins at a minimum of 10 users.

If you are interested in an Enterprise plan, contact [email protected] or fill out this Let's Talk form to discuss your specific needs.

  • Enterprise packages are custom-tailored based on your organization’s requirements. We’ll schedule a consultation and prepare a personalized offer.

  • SAP GUI recording is only available in the Enterprise version.

FlowShare Enterprise offers extended features and benefits compared to the Professional plan:

  • Custom Templates: Design your own PDF, PowerPoint, and Word output.

  • SAP GUI Support: Record processes directly in SAP.

  • Priority Support: Faster response times.

  • Implementation Services: Assistance with rollout, training, and onboarding programs.

These benefits ensure a smooth integration into your workflows and enable efficient documentation at scale.
